Maybe include in the disclaimer that this might happen because this is the definition of false advertising. *in response to owner* If you know that sometimes you can't honor your word then don't put it on the ticket that it is valid for ANY movie ANY time. I understand making special release days cash only but an entire month even though it says clearly ANY MOVIE ANY TIME? There is no customer support, their corporate number is off, the company is a joke. ![]() "Any movie any time, except the good ones." I was denied entry and denied a refund. Thats the definition of false advertising. When I tried to use it they said that I could not see the movie I wanted until the end of December, any other movie was fine but not Avatar because of some hidden contract between Disney and the theater. It says clearly on the ticket that it is valid for any movie any time. Today I tried to redeem a guest pass that I had good for one admit. ![]() First time I've ever experienced blatant false advertisement. ![]()
